This is the bare PCB to make your own message pump.
This PCB can also be used as an adaptor to convert a 2x7 (14 pin) old style LCD display to a newer style 1x14 or 1x16 (14 or 16 pin) LCD. You simply solder your LCD to the 2x7 header and then solder the straight row of pins to your newer interface.
For Example; you could use this as an adaptor to use the old style 2x40 Character display (PN: SPL-003001) with the newer I2C-SPI LCD Interface (PN: SPL-002004).
