Shipping:
We try to process orders within 48 hours of order receipt from Monday to Friday. The shipping times quoted below are from after the order is processed. Quoted times are generally accurate but are not guarantied.
Shipping Options:
| We recommend using a trackable insured shipping method. Packages that are lost or damaged while using a non-trackable non-insured shipping method will not be refunded or replaced by SpikenzieLabs. |
| Option 1: USA - USPS Priority Mail / Canada - Xpresspost |
If the shipping address is in the continental U.S. or Canada, there is a flat-rate shipping rate of $15.00 US.
This is our recommended shipping option. |
| Option 2: Parcel Rate: |
| A less expensive alternative for purchases destined to the continental U.S. or Canada. A flat rate of $7.00US. Delivery times are 4 to 10 days. |

| Option 3: Very small item rate: |
| This is a special $3.00 flat rate option that is only available for very small orders. The maximum weigh for this option is 15 grams (1/2 oz). It is intended to be used with very small low value orders for items such as an IC or PCB. |

| Option 4: FREE SHIPPING OVER $200: |
| If your order is over $200.00 US (before shipping and taxes) you will be eligible for free shipping. The shipping method used is as the above Option 1,Priority Mail / Xpresspost with tracking and insurance, 2 to 6 day delivery. |

| Mini Cuts |
| Shipping is included with the Mini Cuts service to anywhere in the continental U.S.A. or Canada. The service used is regular first class mail or small package service with either USPS (United States Postal Service) or Canada Post. Customers outside of the U.S. or Canada, should send an email to customer service, with their shipping address to get a shipping quote. At that time we will email you instructions on how to complete your order. |
Customers in the U.S.A.
You may be charge; taxes, brokerage fees and or duties on your shipment. These fees if applied are impossible for us to predetermine and are your responsibility to pay if charged. If the package is returned to SpikenzieLabs due to non payment of these fees, you will be credited, minus all shipping costs.
Customers in Canada
Customers in Canada are required to pay sales taxes. Either GST or HST depending on your provence. Customers in Quebec are also required to pay provincial sales taxes PST (TVQ). These amounts, if charged, will be added on a separate line while you checkout.
International Customers
The world is a big place. We will ship anywhere, but presently the SpikenzieLabs "web" Store is not set-up to accurately calculate world wide shipping costs. A fixed rate depending on your shipping address is now used. Customers outside of the U.S. or Canada, should send an email to customer service, with their shipping address to get a shipping quote. At that time we will email you instructions on how to complete your order.
Your local authorities may charge you VAT, duties, brokerage or other fees on the shipments. These fees if applied are impossible for us to predetermine and are your responsibility to pay if charged.
Back-Orders:
Orders with items that are out of stock will be held until the items are in stock and then shipped complete with only one shipping charge.
If you would like a partial shipment of just the parts that are in stock, then make two orders, one for the in stock parts and one for the items that are back-ordered.
Ordering items that are back-ordered gives you the benefit of getting these items first when it is back in stock.
If an items is out of stock, check the products information page to see an ETA (Estimated time of arrival) (if available) at our warehouse.
Returns:
All returns require an RMA number. E-mail our customer service to acquire one. Please include your order number and a brief description of the problem.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Only new sellable items complete with all the parts and packaging may be returned. Items that have been used, soldered or powered-up are not returnable.
Shipping of returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
